Five webisodes for Alcatel Lucent to introduce employees to “ReferenceStor,” a digital reference management system. ReferenceStor is a database of customer references for the entire sales cycle of all Alcaltel Lucent products that can be conveniently accessed by their sales personnel. The goal of the webisodes was to “get the attention” of the sales staff.
